Exchange & Return Policy
- We do *not offer refunds* under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are allowed only for *genuine reasons* (such as damages or defects).
- To request an exchange, customers must provide an *opening video* of the package as mandatory proof.
- The product must be returned to us *within 4 days* of delivery to be eligible for exchange.
- The product must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

- Color variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolutions; such cases will not be considered for exchanges.
